Faces of Buffalo partnered with Leadership Buffalo to create a piece of art that celebrates and commemorates their class of 2004. 875 visual data squares, collected from 4 creative exercises, based on the organizations core values; are the heart of the image. |

Participants created their faces for Faces of Buffalo to be included in the 2005 community-wide mosaic. These faces were used in their class mosaic too! |

This exercise, based on one of 4 core values of Leadership Buffalo, provides visual data as a result of each individual exploring changes that they can affect in various levels of their life experience. |

Visual Data: Service
The Shield of Service was created to diverge a list of service activities each person enacted in the previous week; then to converge on one and express it visually. Service is a Leadership Buffalo core value. |

Visual Data: Diversity
Exploring this core value reinforced participants' thinking about how a set is really a culmination of its diverse members. It promoted unity of diversity in a creative and practical way. |

Visual Data: Inclusion
Inclusion asked participants to explore their classmates and match vocation with perceived traits and values. This reflects general human attributes that people of different fields can bring to a group. |
