Drawing as a Group of 30 or more?
Follow these IMPORTANT best practices:
- Return forms in bulk, keep them flat, no staples.
- Print your ART ALIVE mosaic form on 8.5 x 11″ standard white paper.
- Print forms evenly, not tilted or cut off.
- Complete participant first & last name on form. Provide a valid email address. (parent’s if under 18)
- Secure parental signature (if needed)
